Full falling-film Evaporating Technology
The unique full falling-film evaporating technology: spraying technology makes the liquid refrigerant form and evaporate on the surface of evaporating tubes, which significantly boosts the heat-exchanging efficiency and reduces 40% refrigerant charge. Midea adopts patented technologies to ensure refrigerant distributed evenly and avoid non liquid on part tubes, which extend the potential heat-exchanging capacity to the full and enhance the efficiency of the whole system.

Pre-swirling Guide Vane Technology
The compressor is equipped with airfoil shape pre-swirling guide vane, which will produce swirl under different load conditions, hence to extend the operation range and increase the part load efficiency.

Condenser
High efficient heat-exchanger and optimized structure enhance the heat exchanging performance. The design of reverse flow sub-cooling chamber with multiple turbulences increases the sub-cooling degree and improves the performance.

Strong backup functions

When unit is failed: If one slave unit fails, failed unit will stop but the others will keep running.

If master unit fails, all the units will stop but any of the slave one can be set as the master unit by manual setting in a very short time. When unit is under protection: If master unit’s protection happens, protected unit will stop but the others will keep running.

If slave unit’s protection happens, protected unit will stop but the others will keep running.

Except PE, P9 protection happens (PE: Low temperature protection of evaporator / P9: Outlet and inlet water temperature difference protection).

Modular design

Max.16 can be combined in one system, up to 2000kW after combined.

The modular design facilitates easy expansion in phases to respond to additional cooling requirements, this solution provides excellent partial load facility, low initial investment cost

Wide range of outlet water temperature

Cooling: 5~17°C (7°C is default,set in factory), 0~17°C can be available by switch the S5 on PCB, the antifreeze must be put into pipeline.

Heating: 40~50°C (45°C is default, set in factory), 22~50°C can be available by switch the S4 on PCB.
